The GEN2-R Universal Pouch was made to simplify the setup of plate carriers. Instead of having multiple plate carriers with different pouches, or multiple pouches that would need to be reattached to the plate carrier, we now have the possibility to have one type of pouch for most items - radios, magazines, multitools, etc.
The pouch can adapt to almost any item, the walls of the pouch are relatively flexible, stretchable and reinforced by an elastic string tied around the pouch. The elastic strings can be tightened/loosened according to individual needs/magazine/item type.
Bottom of the pouch is made from a perforated webbing, to allow any moisture or hard particles, such as sand, to escape.
At the front of the pouch there is a velcro surface.
The flap attaches to the front of the pouch via a velcro surface.
An additional, removable elastic string, to secure items is also included.
The pouch is made from Cordura 700D based laminate.
Pouch is attached to MOLLE surfaces or directly to a tactical belt up to 80 mm and can be secured in place with velcro surfaces.
